House Rules: Please follow these rules out of respect for the cottage and our neighbors: No smoking. No large gatherings or parties. No campers or tents on the property. Noise levels: most people enjoy a fire pit at night and no one minds the sound of people having fun, but please respect our neighbors as the evening wears on.

Pets: If you would like to bring your furry friend, we charge a $100 pet fee. Upon booking confirmation, please message us to let us now you will be bringing your pet/pets. This property has a strict 2 pet minimum. Please pick up and dispose of dog poo. Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. Please note; failure to notify us that you will be bringing your pet, or if your pet causes major damage to the home, it may result in an additional fee. There are food and water bowls for your dog as well as a jar with treats! Your dog must be leashed when outside.

Heat: We have in-floor heating during the winter months for added comfort. Please be mindful that in the winter our house can run a bit chillier than others. Our high ceilings, lots of windows, and unique architecture post some heat challenges through the coldest of times. So, we offer a few space heaters that we encourage you to use. If all three are running and you keep the heat as is then you should have a comfortable stay! If you have any issues, please reach out to management. *Please do not move around the space heaters as they are strategically placed to both feed out heat & not blow a fuse :) The home's heating is radiant, and when adjusting the thermostat, we don't see quick results. This is where the space heaters come into play, for quick heat!

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash and place in outside receptacles.

☕️ Coffee: You can find k-cups and ground coffee in the cabinet near the coffee maker. There is creamer and sugar stocked for your use as well!

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Laundry: Located in the basement of the home. Be sure to empty the lint filter before using the dryer! *The washer door is difficult right now. While we work on a replacement door, be mindful that you need to hold the washer door shut while you select the wash type & press start! Then the door will then lock and stay shut.
