Check-In: 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)

Parking: Free with a limit of 4 vehicles. We ask that you park on the brick-parking slab next to & behind the home (See image) Feel free to grab the two parking places out front as well!

 Entry: Entry is best done through the front door. There is a keypad and your entry code will be sent the morning of your stay.

Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive in Traverse City, after 11am on your Check-in day and  before 4pm, feel free to park in our parking spot if it is available. From here you are an easy walk to downtown and many great places to grab something to eat. Silver Spruce is a great place to grab a beer and relax outside. Firefly is a just quick walk away for lunch and drinks with outdoor seating along the Boardman River.

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance: Both TV's one the main floor and one in the double queen bedroom, are for your use and both have Apple TV.
To turn the Apple TV on hit MENU on the little black remote, to turn on the TV use the TV remote. You can then swipe around to Netflix, HBO Now and hit the TV icon on the remote to access normal channels like ABC, ESPN etc. The remote’s top portion is a touch pad, you swipe like you would on a phone. Press the pad in to select. The menu is back.

Trash & Recycling: Pick up is Tuesday morning. Located behind home. Recycling goes in green top can.

Patio furniture: Please use the cushions in the laundry room on the patio furniture to prevent damage to the chair wiring! Please remember to put them back inside after use to prevent stains and any damage to the cushion itself.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the laundry room and in each bedroom. There is a luxury weighted blanket on the dresser in the 2nd bedroom for guest use.

Dining Room: The table is a drop leaf and folds out to accommodate 6+. There are three additional chairs and two leaves in the back room.

Laundry: Laundry is free and for your use. Washer and Dryer are both located in the back room on the main floor, just past the kitchen.
*If needed, ironing board is in the laundry room along with iron.

Pets: There are food and water bowls for your dog as well as a jar with treats!
Your dog must be leashed when outside. Please pick up and dispose of dog poo. Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. If there is excessive hair/urine/damage we may have to charge you for extra cleaning.

Other things to note: Our kitchen is an efficiency style kitchen. Please note during planning.

Check-Out: 10am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service is scheduled to arrive at the house promptly at 10am)

Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (please use Cascade included under sink for dishwashing soap)


• Place sheets (not comforters) at the foot of the beds


• Remove all food from refrigerator & freezer


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take them to either the recycling bin or the trash bin


• Close and lock all doors & windows.


• Put all patio furniture cushions in laundry room


• Lock the door by entering in the code again and turning the lock back
