🕓 Check-In: 4pm (Early check in is only available with approval from Bayshore Vacations, please message us for assistance.)

🅿️ Parking: There is a parking garage located right next door. There are different pricing options for your stay, with an option for a weekend rate.
We suggest pulling into the back parking lot behind the unit building and having one person run & drop off your items. Then parking in the neighboring garage!

** If you have any issues call the help center for the parking garage.

🔓 Entry:
When parked in the back lot (a small lot in the alley for our condo building), take the sidewalk towards 8th st and our unit is the first door on the right.

The building code is: 2583

Enter unit #003 with a 4-digit code:
***We will send the door code (entry code) the morning of your arrival.

Then take the stairs down. The unit will be on the left side. Unit #003
There is a keypad on the wall. The keypad is sensitive so be sure your first touch is to the first number of the code! When entered correctly, a green check will appear and you will hear the door unlock. If done incorrectly a red X will appear. You can just re-try putting in the code.

To lock the unit door, please repeat the steps above for unlocking. If done correctly, you will hear the locking of the door.

***If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

📺 TV assistance: Smart TV in the main living room.
To Turn on the TV, use the Samsung remote and hit the red button.

To select through to Cable ( we provide), or to Netflix, Amazon Video, or Hulu (if you have an account, feel free to use & log out after. We do not have subscriptions to these) hit the button with a house on it, towards the middle of the remote.

To select through channels on Cable, take the Spectrum remote and hit “Guide” in the top(ish) corner. You can scroll through from there and select.

Pull-out sofa: Pillows, linens, and blanket for the pull out couch can be found in the closet of the bedroom

🧺 Laundry: The laundry in the unit is free for your use! In the laundry closet, you will also find an iron and ironing board, detergent, soap, extra towels, and a few cleaning supplies.
You will also find children's necessities here (a highchair, toddler toilet seat, a pack & play, and a baby bath). Feel free to use it as needed!

🍴Kitchen: In the kitchen, you will find oils, salt & pepper, and a few spices in the cabinet below to the left of the stove. Cooking utensils can be found on the far left of the counter.

🚲 Bikes: We have two (yellow) town cruisers on a bike lock outside. Please make use of them (and our helmets provided in the unit)! The bike combo code is 2896.
*Please lock up when not in use, if bikes are stolen or not returned, you will be charged for a replacement!

Wine Décor: We have a few bottles of wine we keep in the unit. We would love to keep our “Take One, Leave One” going. In order to keep it going, please enjoy one the bottles, and then in return leave a bottle for another guest!

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Trash and recycling bins are provided for you under the sink, as well as bags. If these fill up, please take the dumpsters out back (towards the alley).

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

🔒Check-Out: 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10:00 am. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.
