🕓 Check-In: 4pm (Early check in is only available with approval from Bayshore Vacations, please message us for assistance)

🅿️ Parking: Please bring no more than 2 vehicles as this is all our property can park. One car parked on gravel space & the other paralell to the road on the left side of the gravel parking space.
***Do not park in or along the road (Stoney Point) or on the neighboring properties!

🔓 Entry: Use the side door for main entry. Entry is via lockbox and the lockbox is hung with a key for entry through the right door.
This code will be sent to you one hour before your 4pm check in time.

TV: To turn on TV & adjust volume, use the Samsung remote.
To select streaming service of your choice, please use the Roku remote and log into any of your personal accounts. Just remember to log out afterwards!
***If you are having any issues, use the Samsung remote to make sure the source is on HDMI 1.

 Quiet Hours: We just ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Both trash & recycling are picked up every Monday. There are 96-gallon totes for your use. Due to COVID19, all trash and recycling must be bagged. No loose garbage or recycling is allowed. Please take your recyclable cans/bottles with you when you go.

Plumbing: Our plumbing is on a septic tank; please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Please do not flush tampons.

Laundry: We do not have laundry in the home but there is a local laundromat in the area.

☕️ Coffee: We have a normal drip coffee maker. We provide coffee, sugar and creamer for your enjoyment!

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Pets: No pets are not allowed inside or outside of the property. You will be charged if there is evidence of an animal being in the home.

Air conditioning: We do not have central air, but we do have one window unit in the living room, lots of fans, and a cooling unit in the upper bedroom (this is a unit where you add water or ice for a cooling effect).

Patio Furniture/Grill: The patio and deck space with the grill is for your use (grilling utensils may be found in the cabinets above the refrigerator). If you use the backup propane please let management know so they can bring another back up.
***Please be mindful to clean up food outside and on the porch, as leftovers may attract wildlife.

Dock: Please enjoy our wonderful dock! We provide a ladder at the end of the dock for easy in & out. We ask that no watercraft (jet skis, boats, etc) are tied off on the dock for more than loading / unloading. If you plan to rent or use these items we ask they are pulled from the water each night. No parking of items in front of home without approval from Bayshore Vacation Rentals.

We ask that you abide by quiet hours (after 10:00 pm and before 7:00 am). Please do not leave furniture or belongings on the dock overnight, they tend to get blown into the water.

Swimming: The beach is for your enjoyment!
All guests should wear a lifejacket when partaking in water sports activities.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

🔒 Check-Out: 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10am. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.
