***If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

Pool Hall: The pool hall is available for you to enjoy! You will find additional gathering space to enjoy our sauna, a pool table, a bar, and a TV with streaming availability. The code to enter the pool hall is 6072.

Sauna: Inside the pool hall you will find our beautiful sauna! There are rules and instructions posted on the wall next to the door of the sauna, please read through them before use.

Wildlife: Please be aware of the wildlife around the home, deer, bears, raccoons, and squirrels should all be respected as well as our property! So please pick up any trash or food so it is not left out for animal consumption.

Lawn Service: Please note the lawn is mowed every Thursday (spring-fall only).

The River: Enjoy the river views! The Boardman is exceptionally beautiful. Swim at your own risk.

Outdoor Shower:  Please make use of our outdoor shower! We just ask that you bring any used items in with you after the shower. Please note this is winterized in winter months.

Swimming: It is safe to swim in the Boardman but please be careful and swim at your own risk. There is a steady current and kids should be with adult guidance and supervision. Use your judgment if you personally / or your children would be able to swim in the river. It is mostly for kayaking, floating or paddle boarding.

🗑 Trash & Recycling: We have multiple trash cans with lids, so the trash cannot be dug into by any wildlife! Please keep the lids tight, all trash must fit inside the trash bins. Please let Bayshore Vacations know if the bins start getting too full.

Pets: Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee! Please let us know if you plan to bring your furry friend with you, and we will send you the $100 charge after your booking confirmation. This property has a strict 2 pet minimum. Please be sure to pick up and dispose of dog poo. Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. Please note; failure to notify us that you will be bringing your pet, or if your pet causes major damage to the home, it may result in an additional fee.

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!)

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Security Cameras: Please make note we have two security cameras for the exterior of the home. This is strictly for the safety of all guests. One is located right above the front door and the second is on the backside of the deck looking out over the side yard and river. No cameras have views of the inside of the home. If any questions arise, please reach out!

Laundry: The laundry is located in the closet next to the front door. We provide laundry pods for you to use during your stay. Please do not wash any large loads in the washer and dryer! These are for small loads only. A larger load may cause damage to the unit, and guests will be charged the repair fee.

Wood: We provide wood near the fire pit for your use.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

🔒Check-Out: 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10am. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.
