🅿️ Parking: You are allowed up to 3 cars at this property. 2 full size cars fit in the garage and one full size fits in the driveway. Please know this driveway is on a hill. Please reach out to Bayshore Vacations for any questions.

🔓 Entry: Refer to your email for the entry code. The home is easily accessed through the front door located to the left of the garage.

💡Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive to Traverse City before your check-in time, feel free to visit many of the local attractions on Old Mission Peninsula including the numerous wineries, restaurants and beaches. For wineries, Brys Estate, Bonobo Winery and Chateau Grand Traverse are all within a  few minutes drive.  Peninsula Grill and Jolly Pumpkin Restaurant are also close by if you are looking to grab a casual bite of food.  If you are seeking outdoor activities, Mission Point Lighthouse and Old Mission Point Park offer pristine beaches and hiking trails that are only 10-minutes away.

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance: We have a Roku set up for each tv in the house. Use the Roku remote to log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts you wish to stream. *If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless approved by Bayshore Vacations upon request. If there is proof of an animal being inside the home you will be charged an extra fee for additional cleaning services.*

 

Pull out couches: Both pull out beds (in the office and lower living room) will have baskets in the closet closest to the room with fresh bedding and pillows.

Laundry: The laundry room is located on the main floor next to the interior garage entrance.

Heat & A/C: The home has central air - Please be mindful of keeping the windows and doors shut while the A/C is on. Please do not lower AC below 68, or keep heat higher than 74. If you choose to keep the doors and windows open, please use screens as much as possible. Please be mindful of light pollution and the attraction of bugs at night time

Fireplace: Please use the remote (stored in the open shelving next to the fireplace). This will allow you to turn on, adjust settings, and turn off. Please ensure the fireplace is turned off at night and when you leave the property.

Trash: Please make sure all trash is bagged and taken out of the home and garage and placed in the bins at the end of the driveway.
Pick up is on: Friday (early AM - please place the bins out on Thursday night).

Paper Products: We stock each bathroom with 3 rolls of toilet paper. Each kitchen is stocked with 2 rolls of paper towel. Please plan accordingly if you wish to bring more.

Outdoor Area: We ask that you use extreme caution around the pond. * The pond is located on the west side of the home down the hill. Please be sure all windows and doors are locked for young children's safety. There is also poison ivy on the edges of the property; please be careful! Please enjoy the yard at your own risk, as Bayshore Vacations is not liable for any injury or misuse.*

Miscellaneous:
-No smoking.
-No pets are allowed on the property.
-Fireworks are also prohibited.
-Please follow along with our quiet hours (this is to respect the residents nearby. Sound carries!) from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your stay!

Check-Out: 10:00 am. (We're unable to accommodate late check-out because our cleaning is scheduled to arrive promptly at 10am).

Before checking out we ask that you please:
1. Wash all dishes (load and run the dishwasher).
2. Put all towels into a pile in the bathrooms.
3. Close and lock all doors and windows.
4. Do one final sweep of the house for personal belongings.
