Save the time of shopping and packing groceries! Stocked delivers to our home and  fridge before you arrive or while you're out

Check-In: 4:00 pm (Early check in is only available with approval from Bayshore Vacations, please message us for assistance).

Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Please be aware the house is off of US-131 and backing out of the driveway would be more difficult with the more cars you have. The garage is available for parking and can help with space for backing out of the driveway.

***The garage door opener can be found on the kitchen counter.

Entry: Entry is best done through the door into the garage. There is a lockbox hanging with keys to open the door into the garage. The door from the garage into the house is unlocked (please do not lock this).

The entry code will be sent to you one hour prior to your 4:00 pm check in time.

Early Arrival Tip:

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance: The TV is hooked up to our Wii system. The TV can be used as a DVD player or by using the Wii games we provide (in the drawer under the TV). Please make sure TV is on the correct HDMI for proper use. All remotes and necessary accessories will be found in the drawer under the TV.

Miscellaneous:
No smoking
No pets are allowed on the property
Fireworks are also prohibited.

Beach Supplies:
We provide beach towels and chairs for your use at the beach! Please bring all supplies back after use. *Please do not use bath towels at the beach. We have provided you with beach towels as well as bath towels.

Extra pillows & blankets: Both extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Trash: Please bring all trash out to the trash bins at the end of the driveway.
Pick up is on: Monday (early AM). Please be sure to bring the trash out to the road by Sunday night. Failure to bring the garbage totes to the road on pick up day may result in an additional fee.

Laundry: The laundry can be found across from the shower room at the end of the hallway. We provide laundry pods for your stay.

Air Conditioning: We have a mini-split air unit. All we ask is that you would be mindful of the doors and windows being open while the AC is on and to keep it at a reasonable temperature.

Grill: We provide a propane grill. If you are in need of more propane during your stay, there is a back up tank in the garage.

Dock: Please use the dock freely! Do not leave chairs on the dock overnight as they could be blown into the lake. Please be mindful of any trash and snacks being eaten outside so wrappers do not end up in the lake.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

Check-Out: 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10am. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.
