Check-In: 4 pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: 10 am (We're unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 am)

Parking:
Parking is free for 1 vehicle in the lot. We are only given one space. Extra parking is available on the side streets (first come first serve), or in a city parking garage (map).

Entry:
You will enter the building using code "XXXX". Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor. Walk down to the end of the hallway to unit "XXX". Our unit door code is XXXX.

Quiet Hours:
We ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance:
Use the remote for most operations on the TV. We have the TV set up to the Wi-Fi so all you need to do is log into your streaming apps of choice. Just remember to log out!

Trash & Recycling:
Please bag all trash and make use of the bins in our parking lot.

Coffee:
We provide coffee, filters, cream & sugar with a standard coffee pot for your use.

Kitchen:
Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards.

Pillows & Blankets:
Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Laundry:
The laundry unit is in the kitchen and is available for your use!
*If needed, ironing board can be found in the bedroom closet.

Check-Out:
Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (just load the dishwasher and run it)


• Strip all the beds (put the sheets at the foot of the beds)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• Take trash/ recycling to bins located at the west end of our parking lot


• Close and lock all doors & windows.
