Save the time of shopping and packing groceries! Stocked delivers to our condo and  fridge before you arrive or while you're out

*Note our unit is located on the top floor of the large "Plante Moran" building. Enter the parking garage and go to the top level where you will find our unit #38.

Parking:
Parking is free for 2 vehicles (one in the garage and one on the top floor of the parking garage - please do not park in spaces that list they are for businesses in the building). There is one white parking card that will get you into the garage after hours as well as our garage door opener for our one-car garage.

**If checking in after 5 pm, park on the main level and take the elevator (main building lobby elevator) to the 3rd floor and walk around to our unit #38. Take  the white parking card to then open the parking deck gate.

Entry:
Enter the unit through the front door labeled #38. There is a keypad on the door and your code will be emailed to you the morning of your stay. When you enter in the code, you will then need to select the green check mark to unlock.

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance:
Bedroom TVs and the TV in the kitchen all provide guests with easy streaming. TVs will be connected to wifi for easy login to your own streaming platforms. Please make sure to log out before checking out! This is via Roku remotes.

Balcony:
We have a table and chairs set up for six people. We have a grill and propane available on the balcony for your use as well!

Laundry:
The laundry in the unit is free for your use! The laundry is located right off the back of the kitchen. On the shelf nearby you will find laundry soap.

Fireplace(s):
The gas fireplaces are as simple as flipping the switch on. Please do not leave the fireplace on while not in attendance or while out of the unit!

Trash & Recycling:
Trash and recycling bins are the large dumpsters across the parking lot on the main floor of the parking garage behind the gate.

Check-Out:
10 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 am)
Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (you can leave them out to dry on the counter)


• Strip all the beds (you can put the sheets at the foot of the beds)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• Place parking passes back on the counter


• Close and lock all doors & windows
