Check-Out: 10 am (We're unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 am)

Trash & Recycling:
Please bag all trash and make use of the bins in our parking lot.

Coffee:
We provide coffee, filters, cream & sugar with a standard coffee pot for your use.

Kitchen:
Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards.

Heat & Air:

You will find a panel on the hallway walll that allows you to control the temperature of the home. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operate to maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 70F / which we find keeps the place at a comfortable temperature.

Fireplace:

1. Remote located to the right of the fireplace
2. Press and hold BOTH buttons (see image) and it will click on after beeping

Check-Out:
Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (just load the dishwasher and run it)


• Strip all the beds (put the sheets at the foot of the beds)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• Take trash/ recycling to bins located at the west end of our parking lot


• Close and lock all doors & windows.
