🕓 Check-In: 4:00 pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work).

🅿️ Parking: You are allowed up to 2 cars at this property in our alley (behind Front Street). Look for a sign with the address "217 E Front St" located on the alley staircase of the property. The sign will show labels for four parking spaces. The two parking spaces to the left are for Robert Frost (a locally owned store below the unit) while the two spaces labeled "tenant" on the right are for your use. Please know that if you park in the incorrect spot your vehicle will be subject to towing without warning. We have also included a diagram of where to park in the unit for your convenience. Please reach out to Bayshore Vacations for any questions.

Our parking space  is #32(image 1, image 2, map). Place a guest parking pass on the dashboard of the car. Any additional parking can be done in the guest parking (another side of the white fence). Please limit the total number of cars to (2).

🏢 building Outdoor building code: 8972. The building entrance is directly in front of our parking space!

🔓 The condo unit code: This code will be sent to you on the morning of arrival via text & email.

How to enter:
The easiest way to enter the condo is through the alley, from your parking spaces. Follow the metal staircase (black) to the top floor and you will see our door labeled "217 E Front St B". Use the keypad code provided for entry.

The second option for entry is directly from Front Street, to the right of the entrance for Robert Frost Clothing Store. Use the keypad code to gain entry!

To use the keypad:
Simply tap the screen to light it up, and enter in your 4-digit code. Please note from here, all you need to do is push the door open. If the door doesn't open for you immediately, try pulling slightly towards you and then pushing open!

****IMPORTANT: Do not lock the deadbolt unless you are staying in for the night. If you lock the deadbolt upon leaving the door code will not work. *****

In case of emergencies / if you struggle with the keypad, we have a lockbox stored on the door to the right (on the patio) with a lockbox code of 7111. This will provide one key for use of both doors.

📺 TV info:

We have a smart TV set up for each tv in the house (living room & primary bedroom). Use the Samsung remote & hit the home button to locate the options of: logging into your Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts you wish to stream, or the cable we provide!

***If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

House Rules:
No smoking.
No pets are allowed on the property (unless approved).
Fireworks are also prohibited.
Please follow along with our quiet hours (this is to respect the residents nearby. Sound carries!) from 10 pm - 8 am. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your stay!

Heating and Cooling: The condo has central air - Please be mindful of keeping the windows and doors shut while the A/C is on. Please do not lower AC below 68, or keep heat higher than 74. If you choose to keep the doors and windows open, please use screens as much as possible. Please be mindful of light pollution and the attraction of bugs at night time.

Paper Products: We stock each bathroom with 3 rolls of toilet paper. Each kitchen is stocked with 2 rolls of paper towel. Please plan accordingly if you wish to bring more.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless approved by Bayshore Vacations upon request. If there is proof of an animal being inside the home you will be charged an extra fee for additional cleaning services.*

Quirks of our Condo:

• Our water heater and furnace are located in the kitchen closet, we ask that you leave this be.


• Please do not store any belongings in any common areas of the building, including bikes and strollers.


• Please no trailers in the parking lot.


• Please do not hang any items on the balcony railings(this includes beach towels and swimsuits).

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please make sure all trash is bagged and taken out of the bins below the metal staircase.

🍴Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the upper corner cabinet in the kitchen.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets in the bedrooms.

🧺 Laundry: The laundry closet is located in the closet at the top of the stairs. There you can also find the iron and ironing board.

🔒 Check-Out: 10:00 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the condo promptly at 10am)

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (you can leave them out to dry on the counter)


• Strip all the beds (you can put the sheets at the foot of the beds)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• Please remove all trash and recycling.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.


• Please cover outdoor furniture before leaving.

Condo Rules:
1. No pets.
2. No smoking anywhere in the building, units, balconies, or within 15 feet of the building and steps. "Smoking" shall include the inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying of any lighted cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product, marijuana, vaping, or illegal substance."
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am – Including balconies and hallways.
4. No parties or events that may create a noise disturbance or nuisance.($500 charge to renters if police are called by other residents due to noise complaints)
5. Limit rental guests to 6.
6. Bikes and baby strollers and other personal belongings are prohibited from the residential hallways and porches.
