MAP OF PARKING

Entry(Elevator & Doors): Entry is best if done through the Mercato entrance- right off of Cottageview Dr. Park and head in the Main Entry 800 Mercato Shops & Dining entrance for easiest access to elevator C.

We recommend using Elevator C, as it brings you closest to the unit door. You will find elevator C across from the shop High-Five Threads and Red Spire. To gain access to the third floor, you must type in the code. Once elevator doors shut, type in elevator code via floor buttons and you will be taken right to the third floor. Any residential marked elevator will work. Once getting off the elevator, turn right and head down the hallway. Look for Unit 313 on your right-hand side.

Elevator Code: (3-G-1-2)
Door Code: will be sent the morning of your arrival and will be referenced as the entry code.

Building Hours: MUST ENTER BUILDING PRIOR TO BUILDING CLOSURE
Monday- Thursday: 7 am – 9 pm

Keys: Keys are provided in a Lockbox on the side of the coat bureau right next to the door of the unit (313). The lockbox combination will be sent to you via email no later than 11:00 am the day of your arrival. In there you will find two sets of keys. There is a key for unit and a key for the main entrance to the building to use after it locks. We ask that you at least enter the unit once before it locks so you can get those keys to enter later with no worry of being locked out of unit.
Wi-Fi & TV Assistance: Both TVs in the unit are Smart tvs with the feature of Amazon Prime. We have already logged in and you will have access to all the TV shows and movies that are included in the prime account. To find this, simply hit the “Amazon Prime” button on the remote.
