Save the time of shopping and packing groceries! Stocked delivers to our home and  fridge before you arrive or while you're out

🕓 Check-In: 4:00 pm (Early check in is only available with approval from Bayshore Vacations, please message us for assistance).

🅿️ Parking: Parking is free for your use, please limit to two vehicles. We ask that you park in the Title Agency's parking lot (The front of this building is a business). When parking, please parallel park alongside the building on the other side of the driveway.

🔓 Entry: Entry for apartment door is on a keypad system. The code for your stay will be sent one hour before your check in. Please note that we have difficulties with the bottom lock. Please only use keypad for locking and unlocking. You will need to put in the code again to lock the door and it doesn't lock automatically.

TV Assistance: TV is automatically hooked up to cable. You will find remote directly under the TV unit.

 Quiet Hours: As shared before, the apartment is attached to the Title Agency's office. Please use the hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm as a reference for quiet hours. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling:

Trash: Your bagged trash goes in the blue bin and put out on the side of the road on 6th St. (Not Main St). Trash pick-up is every Monday by 7:00 am, so it is best to put it out Sunday night.

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!)

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the cabinets alongside the back wall (parallel to the bed).

Laundry: The laundry unit is upstairs in the hallway and is available for your use!

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property or on the rooftop.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

🔒Check-Out: 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10am. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.
