💡Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive in before Check-In, we recommend visiting downtown Suttons Bay for shopping and lunch at VI Grill, visiting Leland for shopping and sandwiches at the Village Cheese Shanty in Fishtown, or getting drinks and food at Hoplot

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash, deliver to roadside bins at base of driveway; we recommend putting in trunk of car or on hood of car to drive it down the hill; garbage day is Monday

☕️ Coffee: Coffee/tea is central part of hygge so be sure to check out our coffee bar in the kitchen and the accompanying coffee manual

🍴 Kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped with all the basic spices, oils, and cooking utensils/equipment needed for a standard meal; FYI - we don't provide perishable items like condiments, butter, sauces, etc.

Towels and Linens: Fresh towels are located in bathrooms, beds will be made with fresh linens prior to guest arrival; back ups are available upon request

Laundry: Washer and dryer located in laundry room (next to kitchen on main floor); guests are free to use during their stay

Living room: Located on main floor in center of home, guests will find ample seating, a smart TV, reading materials, etc.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

  • Return all furniture, keys, items, etc. to their original resting place

  • Wash, dry, put away all kitchenware

  • Empty the fridge

  • Dispose of garbage in roadside bin

  • Lock all doors & windows

  • Turn off all lights, appliances, water

  • Check for personal belongings

  • Notify host of any damaged, broken, missing items, etc.
