🕓 Check-In: 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)

🅿️ Parking: Free for up to 1 vehicle. Please park in our parking spot marked #330 in the parking lot directly behind the building.

🔓 Entry: The building entrance back door is locked. You will need to use this code 1825 to enter the building. Please let us know if you have any issues with the door code or have any questions. Thank you!

***Refer to email for entry code for the condo door. After arriving on the 3rd floor, the condo is the last unit straight down to your left.

💡Early Arrival TipIf you arrive in Traverse City between 11am - 4pm, feel free to find a public parking garage or free street parking and explore the area. You may park in the designated spot upon check-in.  The Grand Traverse County Civic Center is less than a mile away from the condo and is a great place to stretch your legs after traveling.  You can also find a few local favorites nearby - Oakwood Proper Burgers and Common Good are two great food options only a few blocks from the condo (and also next to the Civic Center).

TV Assistance: Please use the remote for most operations on the TV. We have the TV set up to the wifi so all you need to do is log into your streaming apps of choice. Just remember to log out of your accounts before leaving.

Quiet Hours: We just ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash and make use of the bins in the parking lot behind the building.

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!)

Hot Tub Rules: There are 4 rooftop hot tubs available for your use. These rules are not to prevent you from enjoying yourself, they are meant to keep you healthy and safe and to keep the water from getting cloudy. Please keep the hot tub CLEAN and CLEAR: shower before you get in to get off most particles, oils, cosmetics, and hair and skin products. If you have a cut or infection do not use the hot tub. No shoes, street clothes, pets, food or glass containers in or around the hot tub. Do not eat, or drink, or use soap and shampoo while INSIDE the hot tub. Do not urinate or spit into the hot tub. For your SAFETY: do not stay in the hot tub for more than 15 – 20 minutes at a time. Keep the water temperature no higher than 104 degrees. Children under 12 should not use the hot tub. Pregnant women and those with a heart condition, high blood pressure or other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Young children must be supervised in the hot tub at all times. Be careful entering and exiting the hot tub.

Laundry: The washer and dryer is located in the closet next to the fireplace. There you can also find the iron and ironing board, along with laundry detergent for your use.

🔒 Check-Out: 10am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 am. Please message us at least 24 hours prior to your checkout to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.

Condo Rules:
1. No pets.
2. No smoking anywhere in the building or units, or within 15 feet of the building and steps. "Smoking" shall include the inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying of any lighted cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product, marijuana, vaping, or illegal substance."
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am – Including and hallways and rooftops.
4. No parties or events that may create a noise disturbance or nuisance.($500 charge to renters if police are called by other residents due to noise complaints)
5. Limit rental guests to 6.
6. Bikes and baby strollers and other personal belongings are prohibited from the residential hallways and porches.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

  • Please load the dishwasher and run it

  • Place all used towels in the bathrooms

  • Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer

  • If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take them to the trash bin located to the left when walking outside.

  • Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property or on the rooftop.

  • Close and lock all doors & windows.
