🔓 Entry: Refer to your email for the entry code. The home is easily accessed through the front door located to the left of the garage.

💡Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive to Traverse City before your check-in time, feel free to visit many of the local attractions on Old Mission Peninsula including the numerous wineries, restaurants and beaches. For wineries, Brys Estate, Bonobo Winery and Chateau Grand Traverse are all within a 5-minute drive.  Peninsula Grill and Jolly Pumpkin Restaurant are also close by if you are looking to grab a casual bite of food.  The Mission Point Lighthouse and Old Mission Point Park offer pristine beaches and hiking trails that are only 10-minutes away.

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance: We have a Roku set up for each tv in the house. Use the Roku remote to log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts you wish to stream. *If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

Extra pillows & blankets: Both extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom. The pull out bed (in the upstairs living room) will have baskets in the closet closest to the room with fresh bedding and pillows

Laundry: The laundry can be found towards the back of the home, near the basement stairs.

Heat & A/C: The home has central air - Please be mindful of keeping the windows and doors shut while the A/C is on. Please do not lower AC below 68, or keep heat higher than 74. If you choose to keep the doors and windows open, please use screens as much as possible. Please be mindful of light pollution and the attraction of bugs at night time

Trash: Please make sure all trash is bagged and taken out of the home and garage and placed in the bins at the end of the driveway.
Pick up is on: Friday (early AM - please place the bins out on Thursday night).

Miscellaneous:
-No smoking
-No pets are allowed on the property
-Fireworks are also prohibited
Please follow along with our quiet hours (this is to respect the residents nearby. Sound carries!) from 10 pm - 8 am. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your stay!

Check-Out: 10am (We're unable to accommodate late check-out because our cleaning is scheduled to arrive promptly at 10am)

Before checking out we ask that you please:
1. Wash all dishes (load and run the dishwasher)
2. Put all towels into a pile in the bathrooms
3. Close and lock all doors and windows
4. Do one final sweep of the house for personal belongings
