🗑 Garbage & Recycling: Bins are shared with the home next door and can be found towards the end of the driveway where you turn in for the home. Please place all garage and recycling in the bins as needed. Garbage pick-up is Friday morning (feel free to take out Thursday night) and the bins will need to be brought to the end of the driveway. They do not come down the driveway to pick-up trash. - Extra garbage bags can be found in laundry room closet

☕️ Coffee: Keurig machine and all K-Cups are in the cabinet and coffee pot with one bag of ground coffee is provided.
There is also bottled water for your use in the fridge  

🔊  Electronics: There is a Bluetooth enabled stereo/receiver located on top of the fridge
- Please be mindful of loud volume levels as we always want to be respectful to our neighbors!

🖥 Roku:  Connected to the TV downstairs. Please feel free to create an account if you do not have one or log-in with your existing account. You'll be able to then access and download any apps you’d like to stream from. If you have questions on the set-up, please feel free to reach out.

🍹 Tiki Bar & Dock: Feel free to enjoy both as they are great places to relax and watch the sunset with a cocktail. Please clean up after you use. Both of our rentals share these, so there may be additional people joining you.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (just load the dishwasher and run it)


• Strip all the beds (you can put the sheets at the foot of the beds)


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• If you have extra trash/recycling, please take them to the trash bin


• Close and lock all doors & windows

House Rules
(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. THERE IS A ZERO TOLERENCE POLICY IN REGARDS TO THIS RULE.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm. Our community is quiet, and we have a close relationship to our neighbors. Please be respectful
- Our house is ALWAYS non-smoking (vaping, cigarettes, hooka etc) are all prohibited inside our house. If you need to smoke, please do so in the driveway or out by the lake and dispose of all used cigarettes
- All locked cabinets shall ALWAYS remain locked
- No pets
- Please do not flush any feminine products down the toilets
- Please keep shoes off at all in times when inside the house. We do our best to make sure the floors and carpet remain clean for future guests
- No underage drinking allowed at any time
- Please always keep all doors closed when inside the house – we do not want critters sneaking in
- Swimming and any water activity is at your own risk; absolutely no diving off of the dock
