• If you're not a Choice Privileges member, you can still sign up now and earn points to free stays, gift cards, and specials.  Simply click HERE to sign up now and be sure to let our Front Desk team know that you're now a member!  We'll get your member number on your current reservation so you can start earning rewards!

Check-In: 4:00pm day of your arrival

• If you are looking to check in early, please notify us so we can help make that happen.  While not guaranteed, we strive to accommodate every request.

Check-Out: 11:00am day of your departure

• Requests for a limited amount of late check-outs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis by dialing "0" from your room phone to reach our Front Desk Team.

Parking: HERE is our property map for parking guidance.

• Choice Privilege Elite Members are welcome to park in the designated parking spots along the east side of the parking lot, near the car port.


• Truck or extended parking can be found along the west side of the parking lot.  Please see the Front Desk Team for additional guidance of where to park your larger or extended vehicle.

WiFi: Our WiFi network is an open network.

• Simply have to select the network named "Guest_Mainstay_Comfortinn," open a browser, and agree to the terms of service.

Smoking Policy: Our hotel and all lodging facilities in the State of Michigan are 100% smoke-free.

• Designated smoking areas 25 feet away from all exterior entrances are available.

Pet-Friendly Rooms: We accept dogs only into designated pet-friendly rooms.

• There is a $25 per dog per night fee. A portion of this fee is donated to support our local animal shelters and care facilities in Otsego County.


• Dog walk/exercise areas can be found on the north and south end of the property


• Dog clean-up stations are found at these walk/exercise areas. Please clean up after your dog out of respect for all guests of our hotel.

Indoor Pool & Hot Tub:

• Indoor Pool is available 24-hours-a-day.


• Adults-only swimming from 11 PM to 7 AM


• Outdoor Hot Tub is available 7 AM to 10 PM daily.


• Pool towels are found in the pool and hot tub entryway.

Exercise Room: Our 24-hour exercise room, features two treadmills, an elliptical, dumbbell free weights, weight bench, and plenty of space.

• Located on our 1st floor overlooking our outdoor hot tub.

Breakfast: Complimentary hot breakfast served daily from 6 to 10am.

• Enjoy ready-to-make waffles and pancakes, a rotating selection of breakfast meats and eggs, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, muffins, juices, coffees, and more

Coffee: Available 24hrs/day in our breakfast room.

• Regular and  decaf coffee as well as teas and hot chocolate are available for you to enjoy free of charge.


• Each room is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker.


• Coffee pods and amenities are supplied, but you're welcome to bring your own favorite from home.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are supplies-only during your stay.

If you need  anything, please call our Front Desk by dialing “0” and we can bring supplies to you. You are welcome to come to the desk as well. If your stay  is 7 days or longer, we will do a full service of the room on every 7th day (or  a set day of the week that we determine for your stay). We will also check  in on you every 3rd day to make sure you have everything you need.

Laundry: On-site coin-operated laundry facilities are available to all guests

• Laundry soaps and supplies are available through our Marketplace 24/7


• Iron and ironing boards located in each room

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.  We ask that you please respect all guests of the hotel.  Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)
