🅿️ Parking: Our parking space  is #32. Please remember to place a guest parking pass on the dashboard of the car. Any additional parking can be done in the guest parking (another side of the white fence). Please limit the total number of cars to (2).

🏢 building Outdoor building code: 8972. The building entrance is directly in front of our parking space!

Unit Door Code: This will be sent to you one hour before your check in.will be sent to you on the morning of arrival via text & email.

📺 TV info: To turn on TV. Hit “on/off” button on Insignia remote (top left).
Guests have access to our YouTubeTV account. YouTubeTV lets you stream live & local sports, news, shows from 70+ channels including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, HGTV, TNT, and more.
When you turn on the TV, select the "YouTubeTV" icon. Select the "Live" option at the top of the screen to see a list of available channels.

***Please do NOT log out of our YouTubeTV account.
You may also log in to your own Hulu, Disney+, or other accounts. Please make sure that you log out of your accounts before leaving.

Parking: Spot #309 is reserved for you. Please do not park in any other numbered spots, or your car may be towed. The parking lot for our building is the first lot on your left off of Cypress Street (see attached map). If you are coming north on N. Division/31, Cypress is the first left after you pass the Dairy Lodge (our building is the white building behind Dairy Lodge). If you are coming south on N. Division/31, Cypress is your first right (right after the dog park). Additional street parking may be available on Randolph Street. Please know, in the winter months, there is no overnight street parking allowed.

 

 

Quirks of our Condo:

• Our water heater and furnace are located in the kitchen closet, we ask that you leave this be.


• Please do not store any belongings in any common areas of the building, including bikes and strollers.


• Please no trailers in the parking lot


• Please do not hang any items on the balcony railings(this includes beach towels and swimsuits)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Renters are required to remove all trash/garbage to the outdoor containers across the parking lot (within the white fenced-in area). Trash shall not be placed in the hallways or laundry rooms. Recycle bins are located in the laundry rooms for your convenience.

🍴Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the upper corner cabinet in the kitchen.

The pull-out couch in the living room: The couch in the living room is a pull-out that will sleep two comfortably.

Pillows & Blankets: Sheets, blankets, and pillows for this can be found in the queen bedroom closet.

🧺 Laundry: The laundry closet is located in the closet at the top of the stairs. There you can also find the iron and ironing board.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

🔒Check-Out: Our check out time is 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10:00 am. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.

Condo Rules:
1. No pets.
2. No smoking anywhere in the building, units, balconies, or within 15 feet of the building and steps. "Smoking" shall include the inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying of any lighted cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product, marijuana, vaping, or illegal substance."
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am – Including balconies and hallways.
4. No parties or events that may create a noise disturbance or nuisance.($500 charge to renters if police are called by other residents due to noise complaints)
5. Limit rental guests to 6.
6. Bikes and baby strollers and other personal belongings are prohibited from the residential hallways and porches.
