🅿️ Parking: Parking is limited to (4) vehicles. Please use one space in the garage, 1 parallel to the garage door and if 3rd & 4th cars are needed, please use street parking.

******Please note during winter months, overnight parking on street is prohibited. During approx. Oct-May: there is a 3 car limit.

🔓 Entry: Entry is best done through the front door via keypad. This code will be sent to you one hour before check-in!

**If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

Upstairs TV: This is a Roku TV & you only need one remote to adjust volume and toggle between streaming services. We provide Netflix, everything else is available for use with your personal login. Please just be sure to log out afterward!

Lower Level TV: This TV is hooked up to our Wii system. The TV can be used as a DVD player or by using the Wii games we provide (in the drawer under the TV). Please make sure TV is on the correct HDMI for proper use. All remotes and necessary accessories will be found in the drawer under the TV.

 Quiet Hours: Noise during quiet hours must be limited to that which does not disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of a reasonable person of normal sensitivities. Quiet hours shall be from 10 pm - 8 am. The Suttons Bay Township Noise Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2 of 2010) shall also apply.

Pets: Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee! Please let us know if you plan to bring your furry friend with you, and we will send you the $100 charge after your booking confirmation. This property has a strict 2 pet minimum. Please be sure to pick up and dispose of dog poo. Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. Please note; failure to notify us that you will be bringing your pet, or if your pet causes major damage to the home, it may result in an additional fee.

Beach Supplies: We provide beach towels and chairs for your use at the beach! Please bring all supplies back after use. *Please DO NOT use bath towels at the beach. We have provided you with beach towels as well as bath towels.

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bring all trash to the bin in the alley.
***Pick-up is Monday (early am).

☕️ Coffee: We provide a Cuisinart 10-pot coffee maker as well as coffee grounds, creamer & sugar.

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Both extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom and in hallway closet into main floor bath.

Pull out Sofa: Pull out sofas in the living room. The bedding can be found in the closet outside of the main floor bathroom.

Laundry: The laundry can be found on the lower level in the room to the left. Free for your use.

Air Conditioning: We do not have central AC in the home, but we do have AC units in each bedroom along with ceiling fans.
** Please do not run all 4 upstairs AC units at once. The electrical cannot run that much at once. Should the breaker switch, you can flip it in the lower level closet corner.

Suttons Bay Township Rental Requirements:

2. Special events, outdoor events, lawn parties, weddings, or similar activities are not allowed on the site for more than the number of permitted occupants.

3. Fireworks of any kind are not allowed on the rental property except in accordance with the Suttons Bay Township Ordinance No. 3-2013: Consumer Fireworks Ordinance.

4. No person shall start or maintain a fire except within provided devices or locations. Fires shall not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished. Only clean, dry wood may be burned.

5. Trash must be contained in properly sealed receptacles & must be no overflow.

🔒 Check-Out: Check-Out: Before 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10:00 am. There are more check-out instructions below. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.
