Save the time of shopping and packing groceries! Stocked delivers to our condo and  fridge before you arrive or while you're out

🕓 Check-In: 4 pm (Early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)

🅿️ Parking: Parking is free and can be found all over the Grand Traverse Commons. The parking lots right out front of unit building- called Mercato Parking Lot(s)- are pass-only after 9pm. All other parking lots (but still remain aware of signs around parking lot) are free overnight.- use your own discretion. Best if cars brought are 2 or less. We have left a pass for your use on the counter. If any additional parking is needed, reach out and we will coordinate.
MAP OF PARKING

🔓 Entry(Elevator & Doors): Please do not enter unit before 4 pm.

Entry is best if done through the Mercato entrance - right off of Cottageview Dr. Park and head in the Main Entry 800 Mercato Shops & Dining entrance for easiest access. We recommend using Elevator C, as it brings you closest to our condo door.

You will find the C elevator across from the shop High-Five Threads and Red Spire. To gain access to the third floor, you must type in the code. Once elevator doors shut, type in the elevator code via floor buttons and you will be taken right to the third floor. Any residential marked elevator will work.

Elevator Code: 3-G-1-2
The unit door code will be sent to you the morning of your stay & will be referenced as the entry code in the email.

Once getting off the elevator, turn left and head down the hallway. Unit 303 will be on your left-hand side.

Building Hours: MUST ENTER BUILDING PRIOR TO BUILDING CLOSURE:
Monday- Thursday: 7am – 9pm
Friday: 7am – 10:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am – 10:30pm
Sunday: 10am – 5pm
*Please note these are the hours the building is open and unlocked. If you’re planning on checking in after these building hours, please text/email/call Bayshore Vacation Rentals at 231-268-0145 and we can coordinate a later check-in. Once you've checked in you will receive the two keys needed (one unit key and one building key) for you to come and go as needed!

🗝 Keys: Keys are provided in a Lockbox on the side of the door of the unit (303). The lockbox combination will be sent via email no later than 11:00 am the day of your arrival. In there you will find one set of keys. There is a key for the unit and a key for the main entrance to the building as it locks nightly. We ask that you at least enter the unit once before building closure so you can get those keys to enter later with no worry of being locked out of the unit.

💡Early Arrival Tip: If you arrive in Traverse City, after 11am on your Check-in day and before 4pm, feel free to park in our parking spot if it is available. From here you are an easy walk to downtown and many great places to grab something to eat. Silver Spruce is a great place to grab a beer and relax outside. Firefly is a just quick walk away for lunch and drinks with outdoor seating along the Boardman River.

Quirks in Condo:
Dimmers on lights by the front door and by the refrigerator
Sound of AC/heat- will hear periodically but not bothersome.
The dish soap dispenser is right of the faucet, at the back of the sink.

The fan is turned on with a switch by the door and adjusted with a longer cord on the fixture.
Light is turned on and off with a shorter cord on the fixture

Operating thermostat:
See the button to set the “mode”
Select either cool, heat, or off

🗑 Trash & Recycling: We provide a trash bin (located under the sink in the kitchen). If you need to use a second bag we ask that you take the full bag to the dumpster right outside near the parking lot(s). They are located both near the building and alongside either parking lot. We recycle as much as possible so we ask that you take all recycling to the bins provided for our floor in the laundry room- across from the elevator.

Kitchen Table: The table is set to seat 4 people. You can find extra chairs in the master bedroom. If needed, pull each end of the table after unlocking it to make it larger (a leaf is found under the table as a 4 top).

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the hallway closet toward the full bathroom.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the coat bureau nearest to the kitchen (immediately on the left when you walk in the unit) or the dresser in the bedroom.

🧺 Laundry(location and card): The laundry room is right across from the C elevator. We provide a laundry card that will be left on the table for your use. Please do not remove the laundry card from the unit. If lost or stolen, a $25 fee will be administered.
*If needed, an ironing board can be found in the master bedroom dresser.

Pull-out couch in the living room: The couch in the living room is a pull-out that will sleep two comfortably. Sheets, blankets, and pillows for this can be found in the dresser of the bedroom.

Quiet Hours: The Grand Traverse Commons doors lock the “quiet hours” begin. We just ask that you please respect the residents in the Commons and follow the quiet hours.

🔒 Check-Out: 11 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 11 am)

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

  • Please wash all used dishes (you can leave them out to dry on the counter)

  • Strip all the beds (you can put the sheets at the foot of the beds)

  • Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer

  • Close and lock all doors & windows

  • Put keys back into the lockbox
*If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take them to either the recycling bin located in the laundry room or the trash bin located behind Pleasanton Bakery (Image).
