🕓 Check-In: 4:00 pm (Early check in is only available with approval from Bayshore Vacations, please message us for assistance.)

🅿️ Parking: You are allowed up to 4 cars in the driveway, please reach out to BVR Management for any questions.

🔓 Entry: Please enter through the front door via keypad code. (The garage is currently not for parking). Entry code will be sent to you one hour before your check in time of 4:00 pm.

*We have a Roku set up for each TV in the house. Use the remote to log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts you are able to sign into.

 Quiet Hours: Please follow along with our lake quiet hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. This is to respect the residents on the lake, sound carries. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your stay! Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please make sure all trash is taken out of the home, bagged and fits in the trash bins outside on the left side of the garage. Please take the trash bins to the top of the hill. This is a shared drive so all trash must be picked up at the top of the drive before the road turns down to the house. Please be sure to put the trash out if you are staying until Thursday morning. Failure to out all trash and recycling in the bins provided, or failure to take the trash to the top of the hill on Wednesday night, may result in an additional fee.

*Trash pick up is early Thursday morning.

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!)

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Heating and Cooling: The home has central air. Please be mindful of keeping the windows and doors shut while the A/C is on.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Extra Linens: Extra linens for the bedrooms can be found in their respective closets, or additionally spared in linen closets.

Laundry: The laundry unit is upstairs in the hallway and is available for your use!

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. If there is proof of an animal being inside the home you may be subject to an extra fee for additional cleaning services.

Grill: The grill is ready to use since it is hooked up to the house's propane, making life a little bit easier!

Fireplace: Please do not leave the fireplace on while unattended or overnight.

Water toys: We have a kayak and paddle boards for your use! Along with misc water tubes and toys! Dock: Please use the dock freely! Unless you are renting the boat, do not use or sit on or use the boat for liability purposes. Do not leave chairs on the dock overnight as they could be blown into the lake. Please be mindful of any trash and snacks being eaten outside so wrappers do not end up in the lake.

Pontoon Boat: If you are interested in renting the pontoon, please contact Bayshore Vacations via message. This is not included in the rental rate and is an additional cost. Please know there is a liability waiver and agreement to sign prior to renting.

House Rules: No smoking. No pets are allowed on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited. Please follow along with our lake quiet hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. This is to respect the residents on the lake, sound carries. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your stay!

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.


• Ensure all belongings and supplies are off the dock and boat (if applicable).

Here’s a few items to remember on your way out: Check out is promptly at 10:00 am. Please make sure all of your dishes are washed. Remove all food items from the fridge and freezer.
