🅿️ Parking: You are allowed up to 4 cars in the driveway, please reach out to BVR Management for any questions. (The garage is currently not for guest use or parking).

Entry:  Please enter through the front door via keypad code. (The garage is currently not for guest use or parking). Entry code will be sent to you one hour before your check in time of 4:00 pm.

Television: Please use the remote to log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts you are able to sign into.

 Quiet Hours: Please follow along with our lake quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. This is to respect the residents on the lake. Sound carries! Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your stay. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please make sure all trash is taken out of the home, bagged and fits in the trash bins outside near the road. If you are staying until Friday, please make sure to place bins near the road on Thursday evening or early Friday morning (pickup is early Friday).

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!)

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Heating and Cooling:The home has central air - Please be mindful of keeping the windows and doors shut while the A/C is on.

Laundry: The laundry unit is upstairs in the hallway and is available for your use!

Fireplace: Please do not leave the fireplace on while unattended or overnight.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. If there is proof of an animal being inside the home you may be subject to an extra fee for additional cleaning services.

Hot Tub: These rules are not to prevent you from enjoying yourself, they are meant to keep you healthy and safe and to keep the water from getting cloudy. Please keep the hot tub CLEAN and CLEAR: shower before you get in to get off most particles, oils, cosmetics, and hair and skin products. If you have a cut or infection do not use the hot tub. No shoes, street clothes, pets, food or glass containers in or around the hot tub. Do not eat, or drink, or use soap and shampoo while INSIDE the hot tub. Do not urinate or spit into the hot tub. For your SAFETY: do not stay in the hot tub for more than 15 – 20 minutes at a time. Keep the water temperature no higher than 104 degrees. Children under 12 should not use the hot tub. Pregnant women and those with a heart condition, high blood pressure or other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Young children must be supervised in the hot tub at all times. Be careful entering and exiting the hot tub.

Water toys: Paddle boards and other fun water toys are available for your enjoyment. Please use these items responsibly and know that guests should wear a lifejacket when partaking in water sports activities. In Michigan, all children under 13 MUST have a life jacket on at all times in a boat.

Pontoon Boat: If you are interested in renting a boat, please contact Bayshore Vacations via message.

House Rules: No smoking. No pets are allowed on the property. Fireworks are prohibited.

Check-Out: 10:00 am (Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10:00 am. There are more check-out instructions below. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please wash all used dishes (just load the dishwasher and run it).


• Strip all the beds (you can put the sheets at the foot of the beds).


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take them to the trash bin located to the left when walking outside.


• Ensure all belongings and supplies are off the dock.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.
