Check-Out: Before 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10:00 am. There are more check-out instructions below. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.

*If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

 Quiet Hours:  Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. We just ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. There will be a $500 charge to renters if police are called by other residents due to noise complaints.  Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

🗑 Trash & Recycling: Please bag all trash and make use of the bins in our parking lot.

Recycling: There is a black bin for your use next to the garbage can in the kitchen. Before you check out: Please place recyclables in the black bin in the garage with a green top labeled recycle.

Garbage: Garbage is picked up on Monday morning. There are regular garbage bags under the sink. Feel free to use the garbage can in the kitchen during your stay. Prior to check out please place all trash in the big bin outdoors by the garage. If you are staying through Saturday or Sunday, it would be much appreciated if you could please place your garbage bag in the garbage bin outside and take to the side of the road by Saturday (if this is your check out) or Sunday evening. (Garbage is picked up on Monday morning). If you are staying through or passed Monday please place trash bin out on the road so it can be picked up and trash does not pile up on Monday AM or Sunday night. We would hate trash to pile up for our next guests.

☕️ Coffee: We have a coffee maker, allowing both a hot water pour and a standard pot of coffee. We provide ground coffee for your use (& cream and sugar!)

🍴 Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards!

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Laundry: The laundry unit is upstairs in the hallway and is available for your use!

Pull out couch in living room: The couch in the living room is a pull-out that will sleep two comfortably. Sheets, blankets, and pillows for this can be found in the dresser in the TV stand.

Here are a few instructions to help you during your stay: The outdoor lights are on a timer. Please leave the first light by the front door in the “on” position. 1. Using the dishwasher: Tap letter P Until the ECO button is highlighted. Press/hold the play button for 2 secs, then gently close the door and it should run. The instruction book for the dishwasher is also in the top drawer to the right of the dishwasher by the sink, if you need it.

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Please strip beds and place linens, towels, bed sheets in the hamper that is located in each room. You may leave dirty linens/towels in the laundry room as well.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property or on the rooftop.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.
