Squirrels Nest: Back building that holds all our games and additional lounging! The keypad code is the same as the front door. We've put a lot of love into this little place, including making a way to enjoy the beautiful views even when the weather may turn sour. Open the doors wide to the outside to breathe in the fresh bay air. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to play pool, whilst staring out over Grand Traverse Bay! Our detached "Squirrels Nest" area offers a wide range of very flexible uses, all designed for your best Northern Michigan experience in mind. We have 2 high-end queen air mattresses should you need them.

*Please use extra care when using the pool table. Kindly keep any food and beverages away from it. Please be 16 or older or use close supervision if playing with children. Please cover the pool table when not in use.

Basement:
Washer and Dry on-site, in the basement. Use caution, the stairs are steep and deep. Please respect the owner's storage area and do not use the products from the basement. The upstairs is stocked, but if you should need something and do not find it stocked, please call the management company at 231-269-0145.

🗑 Trash:
There is a trash can behind the white metal shed for household waste. There is a can and bottle receptacle near the woodpile.

Extra linens:
Extra linens for the downstairs bedrooms can be found in their respective closets. All extra bedding for the upstairs bedrooms, as well as for the pull-out couch and air mattress, can be found in the closet upstairs. The air mattress is also stored in Squirrel’s Nest behind the couch.

Heating and Cooling:
The house is equipped with zoned heating and cooling. There are thermostats and remote controls in most rooms. You may use the thermostat to control the heat and the remote control to operate the air conditioner.

Security Cameras:
This Home has exterior flood cameras for safety purposes located on the front and back of the home. 

Lawn care:
We have a lawn care man who comes every Friday, he will not bother you. He is only there to help cut the grass and pick up any sticks in the yard!

Fireplace:
Please do not use the fireplace in the living room or the stove in the basement. Please do have a great fire in the fire pit and enjoy listening to the waves! Please be sure to extinguish the fire fully when leaving the fire.

Miscellaneous:
Kindly refrain from burning candles.
Please only flush provided toilet tissue down the toilet.
No smoking.
No pets.
Fireworks are also prohibited.
