The WIFI is on a temporary network labeled 70's Lodge Guests and doesn't require a password. Please ignore the signs in the house about WIFI access and log on using the 70's Lodge Guests

Security Camera Information:

Your safety matters. Exterior security cameras are located at the exterior doors and parking area facing out, and surveillance of exterior areas is monitored to ensure your safety. Cameras are in plain view and do not view into interior spaces. They are visual in nature only, with no audio. Please be advised that if during surveillance of the exterior areas malicious activity or destructive behavior is observed the security company will contact the owners and they will contact you immediately. Please make sure that your guests are not perpetrators of any sort of destruction to the premises. We expect that our guests will treat our property as if it were their own. If we are made aware this is not the case, do not be surprised if you receive an immediate call from us. Additionally, we will be contacted if there appears to be an excessive number of guests/cars arriving at the home beyond the expected visitors and guests as stated in the rental agreement.

Check-Out Instructions:

Check-Out: prior to 10:00am.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:

• Remove all perishable items


• Take out the trash


• Load and start the dishwasher


• Leave beds unmade if used, no need to strip them


• Place all used towels in a pile, in bathroom shower


• Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances


• Close and lock all windows and doors


• Additional fees will be imposed if the Lodge is found in an unsatisfactory condition so please return it to the condition in which you found it
