Check-In: 4:00 pm (Early check in is only available with approval from Bayshore Vacations, please message us for assistance).

Parking: Parking is free for 2 vehicles in the lot. Extra parking can be done on the side streets (first come first serve), or in a downtown TC parking garage.

Entry: You will enter the building with the door code "9427#" and then take the elevator up to the 2nd floor. Walk off the elevator and make a right down the hallway to unit "218". Your door code will be sent on the morning of your stay.

Wi-Fi & TV Assistance: Use the remote for most operations on the TV. We have the TV set up to the wifi so all you need to do is log into your streaming apps of choice. Just remember to log out!

***If wifi is failing, please be sure to unplug the router for 5 minutes and plug back in. If this does not work, please reach out to Bayshore Vacations via message.

Trash & Recycling: Please bag all garbage and use the bins in our parking lot.

Coffee: We provide coffee, cream & sugar with a standard coffee pot for your use.

Kitchen: Cooking oils and spices (and salt & pepper) can be found in the cupboards.

Pillows & Blankets: Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets of each bedroom.

Laundry: The laundry unit is in the kitchen and is available for your use!
*If needed, an ironing board can be found in the bedroom closet.

Quiet Hours: We just ask that you please respect the residents in the building and neighboring units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Have fun and enjoy, but do so respectfully :)

📋 Before checking out we ask that you:

• Please load the dishwasher and run it.


• Place all used towels in the bathrooms.


• Remove all food from the refrigerator & freezer.


• If you have extra trash/ recycling, please take it to the appropriate bins located outside.


• Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the property or on the rooftop.


• Close and lock all doors & windows.

Check-Out: 10:00 am. Our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10:00 am. Please message us 24 hours prior to your check out to request a late checkout. Late checkout without approval will be subject to fee.
